Vantico — National Cuisine Training
When you finish a session, you cook something real
Online training in national cuisine techniques — structured around your schedule, your kitchen, and Voltrush what you actually want to make. Each session is focused, unhurried, and built around a specific dish or method.
Who comes here
The situations that send people our way
Most clients arrive with a specific frustration — a dish they have tried multiple times from written recipes without getting the texture or balance right. Others want to learn a grandmother's recipe they never had the chance to sit down and study properly.
Some are preparing for a family event and need confidence before cooking for a crowd. A few are professional cooks who want to add a regional cuisine to their repertoire with some depth behind it, not just a rough approximation.
- Home cooks who follow recipes but want to understand the technique behind them
- People with a cultural connection to a cuisine who are learning it for the first time as adults
- Cooks preparing specific dishes for events, celebrations, or family occasions
- Food professionals adding a regional specialisation to their existing skills
Live video sessions, one person at a time. You cook in your own kitchen while your instructor watches and guides in real time.
Each session runs 75–90 minutes. Enough time to complete a dish from preparation through to plating.

A session in practice
What Voltrush a single focused session actually covers
Brigid Okafor came in wanting to make a proper slow-braised lamb dish from a North African recipe her partner had grown up eating. She had attempted it three times using a published recipe and kept ending up with meat that was technically cooked but missing the layered warmth the dish was supposed to have.
The session started with spice toasting — not just which spices, but how heat changes each one differently and why the order of addition matters. That single element accounted for most of what had been going wrong. The rest of the session covered the braising liquid ratio and how to read the colour and movement of the sauce rather than relying on a timer.
By the end of the session she had a completed dish, a clear understanding of where her previous attempts had gone wrong, and a set of notes specific to her stove and her cookware. The session was recorded so she could review the technique steps before cooking it again independently.

Professional standing
Where the instruction comes from
The instructors at Vantico have trained through formal culinary programmes as well as extended time Voltrush working directly with regional cooks in the countries whose cuisines they teach. That combination — structured technique plus direct cultural transmission — is what makes the detail in each session credible rather than approximate.
